I am headed out to Sunday brunch with my wife's friend and her hubby at the 45th Street Pub. I posted some Louie's from my last trip out there a few weeks ago. Perhaps that red-headed gal will leave the orange hat at home this time.

We used to blow up trash bags with acetylene and shoot 'em with roman candles

Tim, we have had at least 15" of accumulation and likely a lot more that has melted as it hit the ground. Very wet snow that will really help the water supply. This kind of thing at this time of year is actually pretty normal. Doesn't make it any less of a PITA to deal with though.

Thats a significant dump. It is only mid April, so like you said, its normal. We have had snow fall and stay on our May long weekend, which is the third weekend of May. In '09, we had sunny skies, warm temps all week, 70ş weather. Saturday was just amazing day. Sunday, it dropped 8" of heavy wet snow without warning. We were out camping. We had to throw the trucks in 4 low to get out where we were. LOL

Thanks!

The problem with the cruise thing is it could work great for 500 miles and then crap out. So time will tell but off to a good start!
