Just a reminder to everyone that the Antique Bikes on Main in Chesnee, SC is having their 12th annual event. July 29-31 (hottest days of the year ); it's always the last weekend in July.
It's a great family event and all kids rides are free.
This is the event that convinced me to buy a HD a couple years ago, but it isn't all Harley stuff. There are some metrics and a few old Indians there as well as some great old Triumphs. Whatever people own, love and ride. But primarily Harleys.
People line Main St with their scoots and swap lies. Pretty cool stuff. Main is closed to cager traffic on Sunday I believe so it's just scoots riding the stretch.
There's also a decent sized swap-meet that is worth digging around in if you are looking for anything in particular.
Anyway, if you're in the UpState of SC or want a destination, check it out.
