Thanks for the comments. Didn't mean to hijack the thread. But yeah that cam rocks especially if one of the goals isn't to get real crazy with compression.

The mechanical compression number at/near 10.2 still carries a very good amount of cold cranking compression, which, is the real business end needed to optimize the output.

Got the tune issue straightened out and bike running great. All in all I also,learned allot about the tuneing process. Never to old to learn .

well travis I finally made the call to hillside this week. time to start saving up the pennies for winter tear down got pretty good idea on cost and direction pretty similar to your build. just hope my low oil pressure isn't a scored crank that goes through cam plate. hoping when I tear it down ill find the brass bushing on crank in cam plate worn or cams holes slightly worn.
