The bikes off the show room floor do not target 14.7 in the higher KPA area. They also have something called Power Enrichment Mode enabled. This is not the same as setting the whole AFR table to 14.7 like auto tune does.
Taking a chip off the shoulder and taking the time to understand instead of always being on the defence could go a long way.

In regard to the OP and having a PV - PE is disabled during Auto tune by it setting the minimum rpm threshold to 12K ...so it ain't ever gone happen
