So I see a 180x17 listed on the scorcher 11's. I see pics of these on sportster, fatbob and vrod. Any reason these would not be good on a Dyna platform? It's time for a new rear tire and I would like something larger than stock and more agressive.
Previously I have always ran 880's. But wondering if there is something else out there that I could get in a 180 on my 4.5 rear rim that would look and preform great
Wear factor goes up somewhat (it is a softer compound)
Pucker factor however.., in all conditions..., goes way the hell down
eta - no matter the tire you go with - remember to break it in (100 mi or so of easy riding) before pushing it
Otherwise you could very easily end up on your ***
Ghost
I was so used to my big sportbikes staying damn near straight when they would spin a tire, but this big bitch wants to come right around when she breaks the rear tire loose.
