Okay, seeing as how we haven't had a new post in days, I'm posting some questions to the group:
Chain final drive conversion and belt/open primary conversion.
What are the pros and cons?
If I can scrape up the dough, these would be for my 2001 FXDX in the name of a lighter bike and therefore a bit of boost.
(I know I probably should've posted this in the technical forum, but this does seem relevant to our bikes and as I mentioned above, no new posts in days. Gasp!)
Thanks in advance and my apologies if we've already covered this.
And as a bonus, a pic of the bike that inspired my question(s)

I can't answer your questions, but I really dig the FXR. It reminds me a little of the Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man bike.
