Black is too cliche for me, not to mention its too damn hot in the summer.

Despite the extra work required to keep them clean looking, I love black bikes. I've had two and have always received many compliments on them. I'm just too lazy to have one as my daily ride.
And I don't ever recall the paint feeling any hotter than any other bike I've had.
I recieved the block box kit I ordered on Amazon, gonna give it a try and see if it lasts any longer. My wife's bike is black as well, so I guess I'll have a busy weekend, LOL.
There is no better contrast with chrome than a black bike. As many have posted they are hard to keep looking good, everything shows up. Guess that's why there is a song by "The Cars" called "Black Cars Look Better in the Shade."
I use to detail cars and always hated black. That color takes a bit more finesse to get looking good. However theres nothing that compare to a black paint that's all polished and standing tall. Especially on a Harley. I'm too ocd to own a black car or bike so I dont
