Look for motorcycle paint airbrushing on you tube for an idea of how its done.

Old-er metric would be my guess 90's style, maybe early.

No, not the Road King - that would probably look hideous. Been thinking about buying a Dyna... I just like that style of paint - pretty cool in my book. And, that green & white just pops like heck.

Called 60's style panel painting. Was real popular on old 60's era gasser drag cars. The panels would be done up in various combinations of different size masking tape sizes, lace, scallops, fogged edging, freak drops. Pretty easy to do.
Looks cheesy to me.
