Any dry cleaners with a tailor should be able to fix it. They'll replace the zipper pull.

I had the same thing happen to my Harley Davidson leather jacket last year.
I returned to the dealer I purchased it from and was surprised to fined out it was under warranty for 5 years. I let them send the jacket out to be repaired.
Got it back about three weeks later with a new pull. No cost to me!

Just order this kit. It has instructions. I just replace a pull on my jacket. Easy to do. Took all of 5 minutes.
