I'm really not a guy to spend a lot of time keeping a bike clean. When I put it up for winter maintenance and stuff comes apart, it makes it easy to clean it up. I'll take a kerosene rag to the frame and stuff to get the grunge off, and the shiny stuff gets washed and waxed.
After that, pretty much the only cleaning it gets until the following winter is when I ride in the rain.
Tanks all shined up now. Should have it back together in a few days (putting in new fork internals). Almost ready.
My 2016 triglide is black. I use opti seal on my yellow vet it's a paint sealant I think. But like to use a polish to. What should I do first opti seal then wax or wax then opti seal. Because it's black don't want a wax that makes scratch marks.
