Decided to re-wrap my Vance & Hines Sideshots after they were wrapped for about a year. There were at least 5 cracks in the pipes that I had to weld up. I decided not to re-wrap them.
Make sure you don't get them wet without letting them dry. This is my stock header but you get the idea. The metal was so weak and thin it was such a pain to weld because too much heat for a second would make a bigger hole. And yeah it broke clean in two.
