So what if it falls to the left and you don't have the jiffy stand to catch it on the way down?
Having picked it up to the vertical you're on the same side as the jiffy, so flick it down, let the bike rest back onto it, relax and congratulate yourself! Done it several times....
Swapped the Super wide Mustang solo for the standard, much better fit for me. Also added a Freedom 6" windshield. Now just have to get warm weather so I can try it all out!
I programmed a new pin for the security system and made sure it worked with the new code three times.
This is my third bike with the keyless security system and just never worried about it.
Old dog learns new tricks.
installed the locking glove box doors in the lowers ( not running windshield pouch and will keep easy pass in one ) also installed my 360° roto LED light in the tourpack for some night time visibility..
and rode her to breakfast and home between the rain drops so added another 30 miles to the ODO and working my way to the 1k and first service..
Started installing my Andrews 57h cams yesterday. Got all the way to the point of installing the bolt that holds the cam gear on and I guessing someone tried to install this before. Eva use the bolt doesn't go. Threads inside the hole look messed up. Goes fine into my old cams. So, I had to pull them back out and box them up for return and ordered a new set. I still need to find a map for this for my supertuner as well. Oh well. New cams should be in Wednesday and I'll carry on then.
Today.... well this weekend. Changed the fluids. Gave the chrome wheels the annual clean and wax. Road for a few hours yesterday and today going absolutely no where. Tweaked my map to hopefully get a little better performance, better mileage and still run fine in hot weather. I might be hoping for too much but who cares? It's spring here in Maryland. Be safe and keep the shiny side up.
