Found a guy with a waterjet who will make this thing cheap. Decided to go that route.

I left off the final mounting hole for now. I'll get it installed and then mark the final location at that time, just in case things come out a little different than I expect.
All done!
Took it out for a little, 10 mile test spin. If the true dual headers are costing me anything in terms of performance, I can't feel it. Runs fine. Sounds good. And the decel pops are gone.
I'll give it a few days and a few miles before I go back and check all the fasteners. Then I'll see if any of the stock heat shields will fit. For now, though, the brand new chrome on these looks so nice, I think I'll run them naked for a while.
