nice bike nemos. your bucket looks more tucked in to the forks than mine; did you swap your mount?
also, like the pipes. are those 2 bros?
Yes I swapped the mount. That is a Fat Boy headlight on a Harley P/N 69611-06 mount.
The header is a custom SPF High Pipe, Here's a link. http://stevesprecision.com/
I swapped out the stock headlight with a 7" from a Fatboy, using the mount that came with my Street Bob. Haven't noticed any differences in air flow at all.
Same thing I did on my 09 FXD,, I have not noticed any change in air flow.
No Problem. But I just remembered you Street Bob guy's have a different speedo set up then the Superglide,,
,,, Hmmm(?)
I have a Fat Boy 7" on my ride, modified a Headwids mount to push it out about 1.25" and drop the mount bold down level with the front of the tree. This was done to fit it under my batwing. When I remove the fairing the light sticks out a little forward creating a gap between it and the tree. I haven't had any annoying wind effects while riding like this. I do want to make a plate to go on the free to create that smooth nacelle effect like Fatboy, Heritage, Deluxe, Slim have behind the bucket.
i am using a fatboy 7 inch headlamp with a trim also added auxiliary lights. i am not facing any wind buffeting ow wi g on my face. i am 5'10 too. but i did use a 3inch headlight mount and not the stock mount becoz i had the light bar. may be because of the aux lights the wind is deflected. so you might want to try that too if you want the look.

Can you provide some info? I would like to know more about the 3" headlight mount and I would also like to know what clamps you are using to mount the light bar to the legs. Maybe some more close-up pics too?
