I had to look that one up. Never seen unfortunately. Now if it was Captain Ron or Tombstone, whole other story.

Here's the lift I use, with trashy novels used to shim up the left side.

You could say you Saved money by buying one quality tool, one time.
Which takes us back to the point I was trying to make.

Look at it this way. A Nikon D5 camera is rated for 400,000 shutter counts, meaning after taking as many photos the shutter may fail. It costs over $7500. A Nikon D750 is rated for 150,000 shutter counts and costs $1500.

Now, let's say someone went to a photography website and asked: What's the best Nikon camera for taking FX format pictures?

To me, the best answer would be something like this: How many pictures will you be taking? Do you use a lot of manual settings in the camera that's available only on certain models? Whats your work flow?

If it was a Jack, I would ask: Do you need it to be fast, Do you need to move the bike after it's up? How many times a months or a year do you expect to use it?

Would you recommend the D5 camera to a guy who does photography while on vacation or as a hobby? Would he be making an investment?

Now, think about your "BS" comment in your previous post.
Yep...more BS...move on troll. You aren't wanted here...I bet you get that a lot in real life too...

I purposely avoided this thread because j&s would have come up almost immediately...but, the thread kept popping up at the top for days... so i had to see why. Good lord. I've been missing out on comedy.

the Fear Lift (modded sear/hft/etc) is not the best lol. Whenever i lift the dyna, i have to spend, at least, a 1/2 to ensure that i've gotten it right. Then another 10 minutes putting jack stands under the frame to be sure the bike is good if the load shifts... another 5-10 minutes for ratchet straps... because i dont want the bike jumping off the lift.....

with a j&s... all that could probably be done in 10 minutes. Should have went j&s long ago...

look at the retod-ed lift situation here:

There were a few too many pucker moments in the past working on my Dyna's while they were on cheap lifts, a good lift is peace of mind and makes many tasks we all like to do easier.

Cvaria coined the term for the cheap lifts: 'fear lift™'...
Exactly, It's why we go to work! You get what you pay for.... If you want to be cheap it'll end up broke.
