I relocated the front turn signals to the lower triple tree clamp. Never did like them on the handlebars.
Today, I scheduled my 1000 mile service. Figured I'd let the dealer do the first one. Hope they get a good look at the bike, because unless something MAJOR happens it probably will be the last time the service department sees the bike. Nothing against them, I just prefer to do my own maintenance.
I'm **** about stuff...
I'm right there with you. Except I wouldn't even let them do the 1K. Hopefully they don't mess it up too badly.

I told them to change the fluids, and check the torque on whatever they need to check and to leave everything else alone. The bike runs and rides perfectly. Told them to not even bother to wash and detail it either cause as **** as I am keeping a bike clean there's nothing that needs washed/detailed.
Told me it was slow right now and I could wait on it. Sweet!
Is it common for the front cylinder to run rich and produce sooty deposits in the front pipe as well as your piston crown like in ya picture ?

The Pistons themselves are in good shape that's from running an improper air to fuel ratio for a little while. It's been sitting for nearly two years and wasn't able to get properly tuned till it suddenly became my primary mode of transportation for a couple days. Cleaned the pistons after removing the cylinders to be honest. The pistons themselves are oem.
