Any way those custom bars gnarly.
I know, I already ordered the cables yesterday, 412.89 from Magnum Shielding the Chromite 2 series, got the throttle/idle/clutch/front brake/rear brake line as well....the customs won't be here till after season, I will give it to a buddy of mine having a hard time, he just doesn't know it yet, yea its around 1k, but Karma always repeats...and I don't do things out of what I may or may not get back.....

So I stopped by, this is how good my guy is, the rockers Lower brake line half way, hits a T fitting, where the brake sensor plugs into, well if you were to look at it, the flow hits a wall, than 900 degree turn to follow to rear caliper, NOT EFFECIENT, so were running one piece straight from master cylinder to rear caliper, and where banjo bolt is, he has a thread in sensor that will go there, when finished I will show pics , of what it was , and what it is....full unobstructed braking power, also the Timken bearings, were like 1/4' THICKER than the stocks, he machined the center spacers down, now these bearings actually fit perfectly in the holes in rim, WHY HARLEY BOUGHT THINNER BEARINGS,and made up the rest of the space, with that spacer is beyond me, but besides china bearings, I can sleep at night knowing I HAVE THE BEST bearings in there, thick, dual run, smooth, Timken bearings, very nice, and I'm thankful he has. a machine shop on site...lol...I get all this extra attention, which will pay off, my wheels where on the tire balancing machine, I spun them, WOW!!!!! for sure I'm going to have a great amount less rolling resistance, never mind not having to dread the Harley bearing failure!!!! so I'm a happy guy today, bears, cables come in today, as well as rest of less, were going with a 480CCA LIPO Deltron Battery, smaller, lighter, so my badlands, power commander, don't have to be squished, ill gain a extra inch, [plus battery had to be 9 years old, don't wanna strain other components keeping that thing alive!!!!

just about together, have the ROCKOUT in there, I can't stand that tapping from Harley's.....lol..also went with larger injectors, spread 25 degrees...

not much here

RIDE ON TIRE BALANCING AND PUNCTURE PROOF SYSTEM, yea so I bought some extra, SUE ME..LOL

A few boxes of goodies, my indy doesn't like me prying around lol Arlen Ness POLY Bushing for Bars, Kuyerykyn Metal switch housings, I liked them the best, more expensive, but feel them and look at them, much more SOLID.all new chrome switches and wiring coming with extended switch signal levers, there longer, perfect, how many time you try to signal and miss lol...no more...

OK, so I'm planning on going 62-64mm throttle body, I know I know I paid to have stock ported, a little upset, he installed the compression releases, clearly AFTER WE AGREED ON 570 EASY STARTS, but he told my indy I told him to late, well he didn't have motor yet, and DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR IT, not happy about that, but not gonna take this public, I wanna see how he handles this, don't like how he put it on me, when I'm 100% sure we agreed on the easy start cams,3 days before motor arrived....as my guy was installing cams, day package was delivered to hillside, tracking numbers PROOVE THIS WHICH I HAVE ALL OF, again, lets see how Scott handles this.....another note.....I am planning on also going up to 6.2 injectors, I'm guessing and doing homework, this is yet ANOTHER area when asked, he didn't have a response????this wasn't a cheap build for what I got, I see stock parts in head etc....soooooio Stock to 2006 bikes is 3.89.

2008-up is 4.2g (TBW). That covers to 110 bikes.

With the mods and likely large cams you'll run, a 5.3 would be better, IMHO.

this is not brag, after photos above I took a look at all the micro clothes, specialty towels rags, buffing wheels. etc, and the thousands of wd-40 and multiples of every lubricant you can think of from every barnd, so after seeing all this, I think I have a tendency to always OVER-DUE THINGS? YOU BE THE JUDGE, NOTHING WAS 'STAGED' AND THERES THAT MANY MULTIPLES IF YOU SPOT THEM LOL
