Skull adds value.

Do you wear a helmet to protect your head, or to simply meet the minumum law by wearing a DOT helmet. If the former, rather than the later...is your head worth only $20??
If it's the former, he wouldn't be buying a half helmet.
Still trying to figure out the attraction to the 3rd Reich

I'll never understand the attraction to Neo **** ANYTHING, ever! Tens of millions of people died at the hands of these low life scum! Over 400,000 US military died during WW2 fighting to defend our freedoms from these POS! IMHO, sporting a german helmet to emphasize your a bad *** is insulting to say the least, disrespectful at the most!!
On the other hand, for less than $20 Darwin would probably win the battle!

You do realize Modern day China is far far worse right? From the 78 million people Mao killed during his revolution, 6 million Tibetans that have been killed as an on going Genocide, to the 5-10 million living in concentration camps at this time because of their religion or political beliefs. Never mind the fact that between 60,000-100,000 people each year have their organs harvested. Yes, they are dragged off, sedated and have their livers, hearts and lungs cut from them.
Sorry for getting on a soap box, but I get tired of hearing how the ****'s are the most incarnate evil thing ever ever EVAR!!! Yes, they are bad. But there are actually far worse people and times in human history and we tend to just glaze over it by making the ****'s into this paramount of super evil.
If Murder and Genocide are bad... then these symbols of murderous communist leaders should be looked at with the same repugnant as Hitler and imagery of the **** Third Rich. Instead they are trendy, cute and fun!!
It is made in China, notice the 500 other exact same helmets being sold on eBay, Alibaba, Aliexpress and BangGood. It was never tested because there is now way for the DOT to actually track down and Fine a Manufacturer/Seller.
Watch the video above about helmets made in India and notice the huge quality difference between "branded" and "non branded" helmets. Might as well be wearing a baseball cap. Then again wearing anything less then a 3/4 is just stupid.
