Well I just joined the forum but yes I now own a 2009 Fat Bob. I really like all years but found a good deal on a 09 with lots of mods already done to it. Just wanted to check in.
I need to start another thread about the work I am doing to it.

Day 1.

Already went stage 1 and am currently installing a True Track stabilizer while I wait on a couple black trim pieces from HD as well as a set of throw under seat bags from BAD&G Customs. I've got a wishlist of things to do to this bike a mile long, but right now, I just want to put some miles on her.

Looks great, love the taillights. If you ever want a front fender with slightly more mass to balance out the look of the fairing, there are adapters available to let you bolt a Fat Boy fender up with no mods and you don't even have to remove the front tire to slip it in. Lots of used Fat Boy front fenders come up on eBay, only took a few weeks before one my color came up. Doubt if it would take as long for a gloss black, or much to get a really nice one of any color painted.
