Default 2018 softail heritage sissy bar pad

Wasn't happy with the "new" pads so I got the fl touring one. They said it wouldn't fit but obviously it does. Girlfriend approved!

Looks good, way to use your head. Thinking outside the box.

Hi

I am looking to buy the new 2018 Softail, could you let me know your thoughts on the new bike and if it would be worth buying over the 2017 model and the make, model and cost of your sissy bar as my missus also does not like the stock one but loves yours. Thanks in advance

The chrome was all that was available and not my first choice but I needed it for a trip. As soon as something cool aftermarket comes out I'm selling it anyway. As far as a review on the bike well.....it rocks. It's half the heat either of my 103's were, hauls ***, and corners great. Negatives are the bags are a little small, the stock windshield buffets like crazy if your over 6 foot tall, and the passing lamps have to be turned on every time you start the bike.

Question for a 2018 owner. Are the bags on the Heritage quick disconnect, or do they have rigid hardware installed? Thanks

HD dealer parts guy says 'it won't fit' = the HD parts catalog doesn't say it fits .
being willing to pay for the part whether it fits or not , and having having some imagination and ability to fiddle around with it often shows that it will indeed fit . nice work !

2 Torx bolts. Not too bad, but I'll be adding detach option eventually.
