Welcome from Spartan Country Michigan!!!
What can I say..... you got both sides of the gambit here... the sarcasim and the useful help. Like others say, new or old, some here do not take that into consideration. You have some good suggestions... follow them and let us know.
don't let one idiot send you packing.... you'll find we really are a tight knit family. You just need to learn us a bit!!!
Not every response to your question is going to be helpful nor informative. There are some folks here, as in real life, Who get their jollies by picking on others. Just ignore their replies and look for the ones that you can use. I know it is not easy, because I have on occasion written a heated response to someone who was a jerk, but I go over it again before I post and usually by then I calm myself down and just ignore it.
And you, a girl with a Harley and a truck? You sound like the coolest girl on the block! )
I do not know the person's gender, and I am not the one getting off on the wrong foot.
Nice to meet you! I have a ton of hummingbirds around my house. They are cool little bastards. Have a good day.
I will agree, she hasn't had a good beginning, especially when it comes to following the rules. Rules are put in place for a reason. The other part, when the B word is used in a derogatory manor, it can be offensive to either gender.
I do love the little hummers, probably more than I should. My quest is to be feeding over 1,000 of them a day. But you know I won't be satisfied with that and I'll have to go for 2,000. There's nothing like being surrounded by hundreds of them.
I only get a few hummingbirds ... but I sure do enjoy seeing them
We've got a hanging plant with flowers that's been attracting hummingbirds. We never meant it to but I've seen a few poking around it. Pretty cool though.
This is a great forum with a lot of people who really know Harleys and there's a few that ...well let's just say they're not so helpful, ignore them and listen to the rest. Anytime I posted a question someone always gave me at least one possible solution or pointed me in the right direction. I ride to work a lot and I find that I ride the bike faster than I drive the car but my stops for gas and coffee take longer because I have to take off gloves, glasses and the helmet and then put thst all back on , so the pit stops aren't winning the race. Just learn at your pace and don't let someone behind you push you to go faster than you're comfortable with...your biker now so do whatever the hell you want lol.
