Made the wheel spacer and then put it on the surface grinder to ensure it was 100% true. Once that was done, I was able to install the wheel, fender, brakes and Magnum Shielding brake lines and tighten/torque everything down.
Next up is making the risers, 1 piece top clamp, and bars.
Probably going to wire up the new LED turn signals, and rear lights tomorrow.

Built up my first cable from raw parts. Used a spent 45 ACP cartridge and a micro torch as a make-shift solder pot (worked great). This Flanders stuff is really nice. Easily as good as stock but custom at a fraction of the price.
Made some more headway on the custom turn signals...
Modified some big 'ol solid grommets to close up the headlight bucket. Still need to drill a hole for the wires.
Stumbled across these boots for the Goodridge banjo switch. Very happy with that accident!
