Ha, I tried to check the online maintenance schedule this morning. Logged in and it said my '14 Limited is too old because the site only supports 2005 and newer.
I have no problem using Ride Planner. In fact, I have used the site since around 2008. When it works it does my rides fine. Just seems to be working today but maybe not tomorrow.
Never had an issue with Ride Planner. Just never put a check mark next to 'skip next time' before closing out the black box that overlays the map when ride planner is launched. That will mess it up going forward, but can be fixed by clearing browser cache and cookies.
Worst major corporation web site on the planet. Period.
Probably designed and run by the Customer Svce. Dept, using the same policies and practices employed when an owner of one of their products has a problem or issue. "Operator error" would surely be their response to complaints about the site. Either that or "We are not aware of any issues with the site at this time". Or, if all else fails, the ol' reliable "That's normal, they all do that".
Wouldn't doubt it a bit.

I called Customer Care. They had to use my login info to see it (I changed my pass to a temp then to something else when done), but they agree it is broke and said they will notify their IT team.
