Helped my brother make my risers and bars today. They’ll be going to powder coat tomorrow. I’ll post some more pics once it’s together. Happy with the way it’s coming along.

Got painted and clear coated letting it dry waiting to buff now but happy with it so far.

I like those bars, they look nice and wide. What height and width do you have there?

I wish I could take credit. My brother Paul owns Bare Knuckle Choppers and has been building custom bikes and parts full time for about fifteen years now. If you look around the inter webs, you can find a lot of his bikes.

I help with with what I can like cutting, grinding and stuff like that. I was running one of his Mazak horizontal machining centers last weekend and managed to push the wrong button at the wrong time, crashing the computer and making a $400k paperweight for a couple days until he got around to undoing my damage😬

Thanks! The risers are 10”. We bent the bars up today to where they felt good to me. I’ll measure them tomorrow when I go to the shop and report back.
