While I was buffing the tank somehow I stopped paying attention and burnt thru the clear and pearl leaving a chunk of the silver base coat. I tried to blend it back and it's ok at best a pic wont show it but you can see in person. It's just down from the gas cap so it's an eyesore that will bug me over time so best bet is to sand whole thing and fix it.
Found this in the mail the other day and nearly tossed it in the trash. Remembered it this morning and it sealed the deal on my new RG purchase plus it also has a free $25 gift certificate for doing absolutely nothing. I may regret this but put money down this morning and plan to pick up the new bike no later than Sat. Earlier if schedule and weather permit.

Replaced the fuel pump strainer, installed the screamin eagle hi flow intake, rerouted the breathers out the bottom of the bike, ordered a thunder max auto tune ecm, installed my new seat and am patiently waiting for my risers so I can install my new bars. I cried a little leaving the dealership today lol.
Noticed a ticking sound on way to work. It was keeping time with the motor. Stopped by my buddy the indy and let him here to confirm my thoughts and it sounds like a lifter. Hes going to pull it apart and we will go from there. Just got it back together after painting just to take a motor apart. Oh well can't win them all.

Absolutely. I'm running g a built 110" in mine with Wood 999-6 cams ans 58mm tb. She flies! Lol.
