looks nice. I have entertained the thought of selling both of my bikes and getting a lowrider. Which is what I originally wanted.

I went to the dealer for the 621 update on my FXDLS for the auto compression release. It would give me hard starts when it was cold or hot. I then called V&H to update my tune for the Fuelpak. I have to say that V&H customer service was excellent. They sent me a custom tune and it has never ran this good!

Good to hear that, I'm thinking of a FP3 but not sure since my bike has been tuned on a dyno with a SESPT unit. I added smoked lenses on all the turns, returning the HD Willie G grips as they're cheap plastic, skeptical, but might go Kuryakyn ISO grips next.

Today I got the Dyna on the J&S lift to install http://www.ride-on.com/ in the front tire, and/or do some cleaning, brightening, and polishing prior to installing a chrome efi cover, new mini teardrop air cleaner, some dress up chrome for the base of the cylinders on exhaust side of bike, Russell Speed Bleeders, chrome regulator cover, new dual slot chrome handlebar levers, chrome point cover, chrome dress up for fork tube caps, chrome front axle bolt covers, chrome coil cover, chrome tank dash gauge bezel, dress up covers for upper rear shock absorber bolts, new shifter peg and possibly new matching foot pegs. I dont like the rubber on my current pegs and shifter. It sticks to my boots and feels clunky moving toe up and over the shifter peg. I think that's all for now.

Then I'll ride and make some adjustments. After that it's back on the lift to install a matching Night Dragon tire, chrome belt pulley with chrome bolts, chrome bolt kit for caliper, polished rotor, chrome rotor bolts, chrome rear axle bolt covers, new tail light, shorter rear chrome turn signal stalks, and I may install chrome upper and under final drive belt covers. I think I may prefer the cleaner look with no belt guards at all.

Later, all chrome handlebar control covers, chrome lever brackets, chrome master cylinder, chrome calipers.

Still waiting on the weather to allow me to get back out to my wet, unheated garage so I can finish tthis damn build. Soon!

The "eagle" has landed. Researching foam, adhesives, and leather for the new seat... Heading to Tandy leather tomorrow after lunch with friends.

Made a custom turnbuckle for the top engine link...

Looks good! Thinking about building a turnbuckle for my bike as well while it's apart.

Like you, I have an unheated shop, and it's pretty cold up here right now. In addition, any heat inside the shop (all steel) in this weather causes condensation and dripping. Waiting for the weather to warm a bit so I can finish buttoning the top end up.

Next summer's project: spray insulation....

I bought my LRS (new) a little under 5 months ago. The only problem I have had with it so far is I don't get to ride it nearly as much as I want to.

Made some floorboards for my forward controls to give me a mid control feel at times. Also made the wifey some mini floorboards for herself. Stoked how they ride.

From there the old gauge can be removed and the new gauge installed. If you simply install the new gauge without transferring data the new gauge will display 'NO CAL' and won't function.

In both cases, the new gauge will lock to the ECM after 31.1 miles...
I often wondered about this. Thanks for that information.
