Damn. So your budget just went out the window. Are the heads salvageable? How big you going?

New tires, new stator, new primary drive chain, new fluids in all 3 holes, carb rebuild, and got her ready for the summer, just in time for the next snowstorm.

Arg.

Budget was always a complete rework (9K or thereabouts)

It'll be a true 117 (bottom to top) - bullet proofed (w/ the good stuff)

eta - all the crappy work done..., does explain the performance it was missing

4 1/8 bore X 4 3/8 stroke

Almost square (equal bore & stroke). Good. Should be a beast. Did I miss the rods or staying with stock?

The fly wheel assembly includes the rods
