I will be sure to post pics. I have some good ideas for the future. I'll round up all the old take offs and sell them on Ebay to help fund some of it.
I want a custom paint job(black with airbrush flames that look real) May do twisted spokes, on the front wheel at least. May do 80 spoke front and rear wheel. I have many ideas. New better headlight, brighter blinkers. If I lose enough weight I'll lower the rear another inch. It's lowered one inch for now.
Stay tuned and glad you're interested! I figured what I do to the bike is just simple compared to what others are doing. I'm just an average motorcycle wrench. I'm doing mostly cosmetic stuff, bolt ons. I suppose the front end swap was fairly involved. It took some research and sourcing of parts, both new and used. The front end consists of 2008 Fat Bob triple trees, 2007 Wide Glide 21 inch front wheel, axle, and spacers. New drag style handlebars. Actually, I need to revisit some things on the front end, fine tune it all, so to speak - try dif length cables.
