Springfield Armory makes a FINE WEAPON - you're NOT @ any disadvantage in a quality weapon with a Springfield .

HK - HECKLER KOCH Makes a very Fine Weapon as well......and in fact I own a HK-P7 Squeeze cocking 9mm compact that I bought in 1992 and it gobbles up 9mm+P ammo like a starving man in a restaurant . Again.....HK makes a fine Weapon . Makes sense that DYNA riders carry quality Weapons , I'm a .45ACP lover and I also own a Colt Officers Model in Stainless that I bought in 1990 and a Colt Lightweight Combat Commander (alloy frame) .

Its ALL GOOD with Me Dude........I have the fortunate God given ( HARD EARNED ) luxury of many acres and able to fire my weapons on without violating any laws and a vast acre landscape as a backstop . I've been the fortunate( and squeeeky Giggling Fun Recipient ) of having the opportunity to fire a Brothers MP-5 in select fire mode
( He AND I Both have Class III FFLs and an ATF TAX STAMP License - but he got his hands on the select fire MP-5 before me - that Bastard ) and that "fun switch" is just awesome. Love HK Weapons and *IF* I were still in the Corps ( I served 12 Years : 3RD BAT/6TH MARINES -2ND MEF Camp Lejeune -MOS 0326 ) I'd be privvy to the NEW HK SAW that The CORPS has been approved to use @ Squad Level and in Platoon formation in a front line squad SAW opportunity as well as the NEW HK Battle rifle in 5.56MM/.223 ALL Grunts will now carry ( I forget the Corps numeric designation of that weapon - my bad ) Anyways....It's a pleasure to converse,talk and exchange this topic with Y'all and and this topic has veered into 1 of my 3 addictions: GUNS,MOTORCYCLES and -( yet to come ) GUITARS....but GIRLS are always a fun topic as well. Miles & Smiles to Everyone.

In a perfect world I'd rather just accelerate, change lanes ,move away and or get off an exit to avoid a confrontation or aggressive road rage scenario with a cager in a 2 or more ton vehicle,but if followed,cornered and confronted in any type of defense scenario-I'd unzip my cut and display my holstered & Licensed KIMBER .45ACP Combat Master at the ready . Save the Bridle clip leather braided whip for the Horse corral.

I can not see the "get back whip" as being a sound strategy, especially when there are so many better tools available (as this thread demonstrates.)

There's also the video of the guy kicking the car (who's now being charged with a crime for doing that), as a demonstration of what can possibly happen in those situations.
