New polished outer primary cover.

Never installed, new in box aftermarket cover. Says it fits 99 up (to 2006 I think) cover. Replaces OEM# 60664-99. Retails around $199. Cover only, no gaskets. $80 plus shipping lower 48 The only thing I can see is that some of the polish has dulled from storage. Just shine her up or powdercoat.

They quit making the evo's in 98 and started making the twin cams in 99, this part says fits 99 up (to 2006) when the last made the twin cams. If anyone can help with why some have open access panel for tensioner and some not???

I did a little checking and there is one on ebay exactly like mine, says for 99 to 06 with 5 hole cover. Isn't that twin cam?

It's for a Twin Cam Touring, 99-06.

The inspection cover opening is for primary chain adjustment (manual adjuster). In 2007 they went to an auto adjuster and deleted the opening.
