Just put a set on a red and black street glide Sunday. Enough black to just not even notice them. They are dark, low and match your hwy bars. You'll be the only one concerned. If, for some reason, it bugs you, get a local to color match at some later date, but I doubt you'll need to.
Took a photo. With the B/W on your bike, it will look great.
Added: It does not show well in the garage, this is a darkened Cayenne and black Street Glide. It comes to life in the sun.

Has anyone put black lowers on another color bike? I want to order a set of lowers for my Road Glide, but don’t want to dump $700 in something I’m only going to use on long trips or during the winter. I can get gloss black ones cheap and if I don’t like the way they look, I could have them painted locally and still be cheaper than HD.
If you have done it, or can photoshop mine, please post up.
If you're only going to use them on and off, I'd buy the ebay lowers and a ColorRite kit to match your paint and spray bomb them yourself. You can clear over with some 2K and they'll serve the purpose just fine. But I really think black wont look bad.

I ordered a set from FFCycle.com
I went with the 13 and older version because I like the vents better on them. Ffcycles version comes with magnetic doors for storage and upgraded vent door. All in all, $208 shipped.
This is my first time with lowers. I considered black on my Wicked Red, after all there is lots of black on my Special. In the end the color match won out. After a few rides I realized they are never coming off. On your bike, black or white you cant go wrong.
