I believe that it can be done using the SE module or the Power Vision tuner.
On my '14 RK I had the throttle set to direct and on my '18 Heritage softail 114, I had them set the throttle to 1 to 1 which gave the same results and made going to WOT on both bikes more natural and easier.

The throttle tables you refer to are still limited by hand movement, and If I understand his question, he is trying to reduce the hand movement required for WOT. Even if you max out the throttle table, moving the twist grip 50% is only going to open the throttle 50%. I think his apes may have his hand positioned so that full throttle isn't easily achieved without re positioning his hand?
On my '18 heritage, originally it seemed that the throttle required too much twist for WOT, never measured it. After it was set to 1 to 1 (Direct) it seemed to be OK, in fact never thought about it any more until reading this thread. Also never measured it with either bike, liked the end results in both cases.
I think you're right... Just road to the store, and don't have any complaints. Maybe it's just psychological. It appears the throttle rotates about 90°, and I'd rather it probably be around 60° (personally). My normal hand operation doesn't bring it to the stop comfortably.
That's a picture of a V/H FP3 in the above post and throttle sensitivity is one of it's cooler features. It's amazing what that little box can do with the app on your phone.

I did find these settings, and it warned me about taking it easy at first. I'll give this a try and see if it resolves my problem.
Thanks.
I have mine on "aggressive" just to the right of "race" and set my idle at 900 rpm. With the Thunderheaders and these settings I get asked a lot what cam is that, still the stock cam sounds/performs better than it was stock. Very happy with this cheap stage one.
