I'm going to say the same as you think your dealer is going to say, except I'm not going to charge you.

i hate to say this but replace the ABS side with the OEM bearing. i did the sam thing on my bike and realized that the aftermarket bearing has a smaller surface area for the ABS sensor to pick up. compare the aftermarket ABS bearing to the Harley ABS bearing and u will see what im talking about. i changed mine and no more ABS error.

see pic

Could it be an ABS read error because of the different radius ?

Harley has updated the wheel bearings as I was told during a recent front wheel bearing replacement. It did look different than the old style bearing. Sounds like you have the abs bearing in the wrong side of the wheel, facing the wrong direction, or damaged it during installation. Of course that applies as long as the sensor pickup and wires were not damaged when you changed out the wheel. Tire size and diameter did not change a thing on my 09 when I put on a 21, the stock was a 17.
