Took my 1980 Original Sportster XLH1000 Ironhead out for a ride. Super fun bike to ride. Seems way more nimble than my XL1200L. It was also way too quiet for my liking but what do you expect when it's completely stock. I will probably miss that loud deep rumble once my 2011 is gone.

Mucked around with finding a hiding spot for the compressor for air ride suspension. Two inches of clearance at stock height....not enough I think. Under swingarm
The canister I was using for the mock up was 6 by 2 1/4 based on a 98c Viair compressor for DIY propose.
I want to run Legend Air sysytem so if anyone has the dimensions of the legend compressor unit 112-1208 would really be helpful!
Also got fork legs ready with Progressive mono tubes installed.
