Next to none. What caused the oil to exit the CKP sensor hole you previously spoke of was crankcase pressure not oil pressure from the pump. It was caused from the pistons on the downward stroke. the flywheels splashed oil above the sensor hole as the pistons retreated. That pressure was only in the case and not in the pump fed oil feed system.

You dodged a big one dont think Ill gwt so lucky.I just stopped at a local shop and the mechanic told me to pull the primary side just for a look ...Just trying to get all the information together that I can before I go spending hundreds of dollars to him wasting my time on the spot that it may not ever be. Somebody got upset with me because I had posted on a different part of the forum. Im new to this I realized that there was an actual mechanical section so I posted asking for advice there Thinking it was different.
There's self appointed forum cops on most any public forums. Don't let them bother you. As for your local shop mechanic, might be in your best interest to keep shopping around a bit more. The primary is completely separate from the crankcase. Can't see what pulling the primary will do for you other than being a waste of time. Pull the front jug.
You’re exactly right there. I didn’t even think twice about doing it. That’s exactly why I am basically shopping around on the forum for advice and to simply make sure I’m not missing something. my next step is to pull the jug . I have already decided to do that.already have a top and gasket kit. But definitely still open to any suggestions any knowledge more than what I have is better than nothing at all. Bad thing is I’m out a week on ordering a new service manual.

Somewhere up above someone said the oil goes from the sump to the oil filter before it hits the tiny ports. Have you pulled the oil filter to see if it made it there?
Sure did I wish I could get that lucky. See that’s my mind telling me that thinks simple before going crazy. And from my experience and bad luck I always go above and beyond doing way too much that’s why I was just trying to get all the information gathered that I could possibly get. I appreciate every response And every bit of help.

IDK, just a thought...
The HD is dry sump. It means that the oil feeding the motor come from an oil tank. Rag is in the crankcase which means that it would have to go through the scavenge pump to get to the oil tank. Not likely. It would also have to go through the feed side pump. It's more than likely that it will plug the oil pickup passage in the crankcase. The passage is not very big.
Yeah - you're right - no need to get upset. So here are two pictures that will hopefully help you understand why you're having to remove the cylinders and pistons. The hole in the crankcase (hole facing the main bearing) is where the crank sensor goes (where you had the rag) The notched teeth on the flywheel are what grabbed your rag (generic pics shown). There is very little clearance between the notched teeth and the case - then as they get toward the top of the case there is a space. The rag is most likely sitting on the rods, possibly some in the oil return in the bottom of the case or between the wheels at this point.

It's not about being a "forum cop". It's about having all the info and advice on an issue or problem in one place so folks don't have to bounce back and forth to sort it all out and vet it. Saves time, gets the problem solved quicker, less annoying for just about everyone involved.
I understand the OP not knowing the forum and posting again after he found the more appropriate forum. That's ok. I also understand Ed's take on it. For the record, Ed is a good guy and a hell of a resource here. No need to further complicate it.
I can tell you guys one thing. Ed you are the man didn’t hurt my feelings at all. Guess what I have in my hand? The piece of rag ....and it was laying exactly where you said it would be... pulled the head shined a flashlight down directly in the center of the crank on the front cylinder. I didn’t even have to pull the back cylinder. Lots of props to you ed you are the man. And thank you to everybody else out there who chimed in I would’ve been putting a motor in the bike if it weren’t for you guys. Soon as I figure out how I will post a picture of the rag thank God it’s out it was a lot bigger than 3 x 3. Thanks again everybody I will update tomorrow morning.
