Instrument Cluster Fogging Issue

Instrument Cluster Fogging Issue
I know this is something that has been discussed a lot. Also, I know many have done the "fix". Many have just been dealing with it. I've dealt with it, too, just like I'm still dealing with the "runny" gauges on my '14 Ultra Limited, even though someone at H-D said they were working on a resolution. Yeah, right.
A while back, I saw that the part number for the fogging instrument cluster had been changed three times from 70900644 to 70900644A to 70900644B. Hopefully, because of the part revisions, H-D finally realized this was a problem and they finally solved it. Hopefully.
So, I contacted my dealer today. Without hesitation, they told me that they are ordering a new instrument cluster for my '20 Heritage Classic 114 and that it will be covered under warranty.
Has anyone installed or had installed the 70900644B instrument cluster and, if so, did doing so solve the fogging issue?

On my 2018 Heritage just bought used that was the first thing I noticed. KInd of surprised if it's related to cost cutting or just an engineering oversight. Never had a problem like that before on any H-D gauge. Best I can figure out like others have mentioned in threads the heat from the sun and the cool air trap underneath must create the condensation. I'll hopefully get a new one ordered next week. I miss the speedo that came on the Cross Bones or Deluxe back around '08. That was about as bare bones as it got. Hopefully there will be more options for things like gauges but seems they are cutting back on a lot.

That said, some options would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath. The stock speedometer is kinda "meh" visually, especially considering that I see it all the time while riding. My favorite speedometer was this one:

Last week I took a 200 mile trip to Albany and back and my speedometer fogged even worse than usual, making the odometer display completely illegible. That was the last straw.
Today I finally got off my butt, removed the speedometer from the ‘19 Heritage and drilled a pattern of six holes in the underside. I did four around the edge and two in the rectangular section in the center. I reinstalled the speedometer and went on a 120 mile ride. Despite it being a hot day, with several spells of parking in the hot sun then riding, the speedometer never fogged. I’m counting this a tentative success at this point.
