Hi, I have a problem with navigation in Boom! Box GTS 6.5. My friend from Germany bought a 2020 Harley Davidson Street Glide motorcycle, which was probably made for the US market. The problem started when he asked me to update the maps to European. I bought the maps in the HDBoomBox app and uploaded them to a flash drive, then to the motorcycle, and all would have been well, if not for the fact that the navigation stopped booting. It just says "navigation not available, please wait". I tried updating the software of the entire Boom! Box to the European version but the system sees the update image as corrupted. I updated the US version without any problem, now when I try to update the map again, a message appears that the update image is in the process of being authenticated and nothing happens. I waited more than 1.5 hours with this message but it did not change anything. I would like to ask for guidance on how I can update the map to the European version.
Im in the UK having the same problem, trying to download new european maps and just stalls saying authenticating
Good luck, there is no fix for this issue. Harley had to install a new head unit and I refused to update the maps on the new unit. I believe their maps data is corrupt.

And I doubt they will admit to that and offer to pay for replacement
