Moved over here from the defunct HDForums.com.au so thought I would carry on the paint thread somewhere and this looked the bext place.
Its only my second crack at this so its taking a bit of time but its bloody good fun. Here is a side cover and tank as I enter the home stretch.
FYI: The booth is just a small greenhouse I assembled in my shed with a fan to suck out the fumes.
looking better... had to redo the fish scales as I cocked up the kandy over it..... only took a couple of hours to fix up so well worth it.
Light blue is the next coat over the raw silver flake (after I mask off the rest)
This think 'POPS" in the sunshine...the flake is awesome
