Picked up a new windshield from Klock Werks Dark smoke 12” today from my HD dealer.
I picked the 12” because it was about the same height as the stock windshield which I don’t think is to bad.
Problem was the holes were 3/4” off and it could not be installed on my 2025 Street Glide Ultra. The guy at the dealer double checked the numbers and said it was the correct part number before I left.
Store closed early due to it being Sunday so I’ll take it back tomorrow.
Im guessing this part was drilled incorrectly at the manufacture?
Anyone else have a similar problem?
Number 2 ordered a security siren for same. Will be here in 5 days. Question are they plug and play like my 2015 Limited?
Thanks

Go to the Klock Werks website and read the install directions. Also, they have a YouTube install video that you can refer to. If your new windshield didn’t come with the Klock Werks mounting blocks, you won’t be able to install it.
As long as we are on the topic, I thought I'd share my experience with Klockworks shields. Firstly, I've heard many good things about Klockworks and I'm not here to bash them, just share my experience. I have a 2026 Road Glide Limited, and the dealer has Klockworks shields for test rides. My wife and I tried two sizes and had the same experience with both. They produced a nice "bubble" around me of wind protection. The problem was the air went right around me and blasted my wife right in the face. For us it was a no go. I ordered a Freedom Shields windshield to try. It came this weekend and we test rode it with the plastic on. We both liked it so we're keeping this one. I've since heard that Klockworks has been having trouble finding the right shape for the new Road Glide fairing design.

@skydude426 I’m glad you and your wife found a windshield to your liking. We had a 2024 Road Glide and our KW was excellent.
On the RG with all the holes and vents it’s a very different world compared to a Street Glide IMO.
My wife sez the KW really stops the wind much better than the stock one. I prefer the looks of the KW too.
Enjoy
YMMV

We played around with the windshield vent and the side vents. Nothing helped keep the wind out of my wife's face. I could put my hand behind my head and feel the wind coming around me. I'm glad it worked for you, but it sure didn't for us.
@CharlieMac Looking at your picture above. Was that taken on the Dragon in TN?
Also did you ever scrape your footpegs? Lots of fun and the KW fairing looks great.
This will be my 3rd HD bike with one, although my first Gen 2
Thanks,
Mike
Hi Mike
That picture is from the Dragon. I typically scrape my floorboards before I scrape the highway pegs. The mounts for my highway pegs are the new adjustable mounts Harley part no. 50502265.
