I had some work done about 2 years ag to my 1998 fxdl. About 28k on the motor.the work was Fueling lifters, s s breather, ev27 cam, s s quickee pushrods, and a new cam bearing. Im just taking the bike out now this season to do some riding because I didnt have a chance after the work was done. Pushrods were just re adjusted as a maintenence and im noticing some loud ticking that I dont recall hearing prior to all the work done. Can you guys tell me if its normal or should I look into it? Thanks. Link has a video in it. https://photos.app.goo.gl/DAzfJ3hu3AGCUEdn7https://photos.app.goo.gl/DAzfJ3hu3AGCUEdn7

The EV27 and adjustable rods will produce a loud tick compared to stock cam and rods. Sounds totally normal to me. I listened several times. Ride it.
If it really bothers you, try running straight 50 weight oil. It wont hurt a thing in the spring Summer and fall. If you ride a lot when its 30 degrees out run 20-50 then. In the summer the straight 50 is probably better for it anyway.
Here in Florida Ive ran 20-50.. however during these summer months I put straight 50 in Im thinking about running it year round. I saw a drop in oil temp and possibly placebo but it just seems to run even smoother.
