Default CVO heated grips issue from 2025

This is a problem that's appearing on many CVOs from >2025 onwards... when you activate the heated grips, they go into error mode for just a few seconds and don't work. Sometimes they only work properly if the outside temperature is really cold. Really cold. I reported the problem to the dealership and they said it's a known issue and that it's the grip temperature sensor not reading the steering wheels correctly. They say we'll have to wait for the next Skyline update. I have 4/5 other people with CVOs from the same year as me and we've all had the same problem. Has this happened to any of you? If it's the Skyline, the problem should happen to the base Tourings since it's the same hardware. Why only the CVOs from 2025 onwards?

I haven’t checked mine since probably January/February, but mine worked properly at that time. Factory installed 25 Ultra

That must be a language/translation thing. PinoW lists Italy as his location

I got that error lamp on the Adversary grips I had added to my 2024 RG and they replaced the faulty grip and it worked fine afterwards..Since the CVOs use Adversary heated grips as OEM wonder if it's that particular version that has been having the problems I have had the Switchback heated grips on my 2025 now for a year and they have been fine
