Oof. Sorry to see that. Must have been quite the rock. That is fixable. You can have a new rim laced on, but it depends on where you live really as to how cost effective it is to fix vs just replacing the whole wheel.
Put the bent part down so it is above where the tire contacts the floor, let some air out of the tire, use a block of wood on the rim and hammer it back in place. First the outer rim, then the inner part where the spokes are. Then check the spokes to see if any are loose or damaged. You cannot make it any worse than it is and you may be able to salvage it.
If you have any doubts, get a new rim and have it re-laced.

If you had a set of mag wheels around I would swap my laced rims off my '08 sporty for them. But not knowing where you reside or what sporty you have, no way to tell.
Oh, meant to add, la ing rims is not as hard as some think. I used to swap rims and hubs for my bicycle during mid watch work shifts. Must have done 5 or 6. Not much needed in the way of tools, except a truing stand.
Chrome can't be beat from your HD dealer. They will sell you the "hoop" and find someone to lace and true it for you. It's an art! Or find a used rim on FleaBay and be done with it...
You can get them online from places like Dennis Kirk and what not, but as someone else said HD chrome is the best, which I agree with 100%. I believe your bike is a 2000. If it where me I would look on Ebay and go for a new oem rim like this. For that year they are pretty easy to source usually and would likely be the cheapest and easiest route.
