Default 2011 Rocker C - running not charging wiring issue.

Bike was 100 %. Checking for parasitic battery drain between bike neg cable and ground. 0 ma. Can't be so I Turned the ignition on.. Nothing. I think that explains my 0 on the drain. I messed with the positive wiring at the battery.and got a spark. Bolt was tight and no corrosion. It looked to be my trickle pigtail, but it wasn't plugged in or shorted.Cannot get it to repeat that spark. It wasnt the starter wiring connector that sparked. Battery voltage is 13.13. Voltage at main fuse is 12.58. Seems like a normal drain, but im no expert. However, now my tack is dead and there's no increase in battery voltage with motor running. Starter is dragging badly. Checked all the fuses and connectors. Never had an issue when riding regularly, but always dead after a month idle. I'm at a standstill now as to what to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Kranky.

You need to dump the Simpson 260 and get a Fluke. There has to be some current.

You should not get 1/2 volt difference between the battery and main fuse, even under full load. Check the wire, the fuse and the socket.

Pulled the bottom 15A fuse. Found 1.5 A .
Had a time trying to follow the wiring diagram.
When you enlarge it read the print you can't see
where you're going.

Viewing PDF? Acrobat has a "hand" mode where you can crawl along the wire.
