Yours is geared very tall, perhaps too tall for a top-speed run.
My '02 TC88 is about 3000 rpm at 72 mph, and I can reach 120 mph (gps verified).
If you're talking about my post, as i said earlier mine will run 110 and has some more left. Just never pushed it past 110.
As far as I know it's as from the factory. Never did anything with the gearing.
Edit: Just noticed you have a TC88. That's what my wife's Low Rider had and her 88 would out run my 96 in a drag race. Hers was definetly geared lower and quicker.

Did you guys install tachs on your bikes or did some come factory with tachs? I would like to know my RPM while riding and I am trying to find a clean way to mount a tach on mine.

What kind of a bike do you have? My wife's Low Rider came with a tach. On my Softail I bought the brushed aluminum analog speedo with the integrated tach. I reallyl like that speedo. Runs a little over $300.

Mine is a 99 softail it just has the speedometer. Do you have a link to it? Was it hard to install?
Here's what I got. Was easy to install. There's a little startup procedure you have to go through, but the instructions walk you through it. You'll need to check with the dealer to get the right one for your year.
Because of this thread only, I decided to try my 04 injected heritage today.. Goosed it up to 95 no problem.. Fastest I've been.. Usually I don't end up higher than ~75 or so.. Bike acted like there is plenty left
