Have you considered trimming the front fender mount area on the front part to eliminate the unused mounting hole?
It looks like the brake pads are not making good use of the full area of the brake rotor.
yes....what him say . the bagger fender needs to be trimmed to look "right" or use a cross style fender mount ....this way the 2 spare holes have bolts through them .....bike looks fabulous btw .
Actually looking at those fender mounts I'm thinking that they should have an offset built into them. otherwise when you mount the fender its not gonna sit right on the wheel since the mounts on the fork sliders are positioned towards the back.

That's the same thought I had, .......the bracket should be in the form of an "L".
Not only that but it looks like the area where the fender would mount to that bracket is thicker so you would have to take that into account as well when choosing what width fender to go with. And with those thick front tires some of us are running its gonna be tricky.
