Default Breakout

[QUOTE=Hawaii-Five-Jo;13273778]So I've been thinking of getting new shoes for my ride for awhile. Tossed around ideas with my homies, made some calls.....realized some companies/owners are high on their own $H!T. But thankfully there are still your old reliable companies that make you feel happy to spend your cash with them.
Then I saw lazyboy09's creation and that just made me want to go crazy lol

I contacted a company that "specializes" in Rocker parts...long story short I will never spend a cent with this company ever! Treated me like I was an idiot. Then when he realizes that I know what I'm talking about his tone changes.....to late!

Next I contact HHI, tell them what I'm planning to do. No problem they tell me what I need. Sweet! I call Hogpro and Direct Harley Parts and get almost everything I need at a fraction of the cost of the prior mentioned Rocker specialist.

So I pick up a set of 6 degree HHI wide glide trees from Drew at hogpro. Tires, fender, neck hardware and other doodads from DHP. I was lucky enough to find a old HDF member that did flush mount axles for rockers and he was able to hook me up with a wide glide rocker axle. Next we contact Southern Motorcycle Works place my order and the wait begins............................4 weeks later, yay...... Here we go...

Trees tires and fender

Got the front wheel for now so my homie went to work on the ride. At this point I realized it sucks when you're stuck at work and your homie texts hey I'm doing this...look at this...lol

Fender mock up and now centered front wheel no more funky looking offset

I was able to take a ride. I was shocked that this 26 rides a lot smoother than my 21 with stock front end.
I know there will be the haters out there but to each his own. This is where I stand now wait for more parts to come in.
What ya think so far

I got it used from forum member Micahpop. I believe forum member rudedog made it. I like it cause it's made to work with the heartland struts.
