I have an 05 so I had to use the 20mm belt and pulley. I had to use some custom spacers. Can't remember what size since they made me a bunch of different sizes and I just used the ones that fit. I had to shave down the belt gaurd mounting tab on the swingarm so my belt could clear it. I only have less than 1/4" clearance from my belt and my swingarm. Also had to take off my brake caliper. My rotor had to be put on after I fit the wheel in. It was a pain in the *** for sure.
Yeah I had to remove the caliper and mount it on the wheel before mounting the wheel in the swing arm. Sounds like I'm gonna have to switch to the 20mm belt & pulley as well. ...I'm going to try to cut/grind stock spacers to fit.
