I purchased a Big Crank Battery from them a little over a year ago and the battery died I called them and they told me I was SOL there was a one year warranty buy another one! I am going to go to HD like I should have done in the first place at least they will last longer than a year. Sorry just really pissed
Pretty sure that the Harley battery and the "Big Crank" battery are made by the same company, Deka or East Penn Manufacturing. My Big Crank has held up OK, and they seem to have a decent reputation on these forums.

Deka makes the stock battery and Deka makes the Big Crank. 1 yr warranty and battery failed out of warranty. Ya but!

In my opinion, your battery should have lasted longer than that. I was wondering, how often do you ride and when you ride, do you ride very far because not riding much will also have an effect on how long the battery lasts. During the winter months, I use a battery tender to help maintain my battery, just an idea.
My stock Harley Battery lasted 4 years. The second one I bought was from an established cycle shop in town that told me it was the same battery that Harley sold but without the Harley label. That battery lasted just over a year and a half! Not even 50% of the life that I got out of my stock H-D battery. Replaced it last month with another from H-D.
The battery in my previous bike was going strong when I traded it in,6 yrs. I keep my battery on a tender when ever its parked in the garage.
Battery tenders are key. Still on my stock battery in my '08. I also use one on my jeep that sits for months at a time and that battery is going on 13 yrs
The Battery Mart Deka Big Crank enjoy a good reputation, so best look at possible causes why yours failed prematurely, or you'll most likely find yourself in the same position one year from now with a genuine OEM battery (aka Deka battery).

My bike don't set much I am in a MC and I put over 12000 miles on it this year . And on a battery tender through the winter .

First I took the battery and had it tested
And then took the bike and had it checked and every thing is ok ! I just replaced the stator and voltage regulator about 6 months ago . I must of have just got a bad battery .
