Default Truck light

They should go right in no problem un less you have an 05 deluxe the passing lamps would need to have something bent a little to install them. I have the truck phase 7 on my deluxe what a difference unbelievable bright and you can also see the shoulder. I have an 05 deluxe and would have had to do the modify thing for the passing lamps so I went with 50 watt LEDs from a place called SoCal something like that they are excellent and plug right in again unless you have an 05,deluxe . Harley came out with an upgrade to the 05 deluxe passing lamps in 06 I had to buy the 06 passing lamp, assembly before I could Chang the bulbs if I were able to install the phase 7 passing lamps with no problem it would have been a no brainier they are great and price right I paid 179.00 for the seven inch head light with free shipping from eastern performance cycle I heard you can get them for 169.00 on e bay

I just recently posted a report on the Trucklite Phase 7 Headlight. Also purchased mine from Eastern Performance. The LED cuts through the darkness and is a dramatic improvement over the stock halogen. One drawback is that the LED headlight is difficult to see by oncoming traffic during daylight hours.

Eastern Performance sells a wiring adapter for the 4.5 auxiliary lights or you can easily make your own.

Default Wiring

I beleive the wiring adapter is if you want your passing lamps to stay on with the high beams you can make one easy find the hot side of the plug on the head lamp and jump from that to the passing lamps hot I think that is all you have to do

Huge drawback, IMHO. Pretty much made me pass on this light.

My cousins Road Glide has HD Daymaker LEDs and me and several other people commented to him that his headlight was off while riding during daylight. It was not but must be a common problem with LEDs.

For daylight, we could keep passing light or upgrade those to HID

Did he aim the light, correctly, breeze?

I'm curious because I am testing two LED lights on my Slim right now and deciding between the two. The Daymaker Projector, and Daymaker Reflector.

Neither has issues in daytime to oncoming cars. In fact, both are more visible than stock in the day. The projector is actually the more visible to the two during day, it appears.

Sorry for the thread hijack. I'll bow out after breeze answers.

After testing my Trucklite I was impressed with night time visibility but disappointed in the fact that is does not reflect well during daylight hours. I'm keeping it on the bike and during daylight hours run with my halogen auxiliary lights on

Attached is a photo of the plug-n-play wiring harness for 04 and earlier Aux lights. This harness does not provide operational control over the lights. It's just an adapter.
