I just bought a set of 4" rt side cut out. Latches are nice chrome with locks and keys. The bags are made of same material as HD OEM bags...which is ABS. They come with the rubber bumpers on bottom. They are at least equal to quality of HD bags. Just sent mine to paint Friday. Don't know your source or vendor but I got mine below any advertised price anywhere...even with shipping.

I searched and researched then researched some more. Just be careful. I got some off eBay awhile back and the holes for mounting didn't line up. then the guy tells me theres nothing wrong with his bags so there must be a problem with my bike...even though I been running OEM hard bags for yrs and at one time RK bags and they all have fit no problems...he did refund me after I sent pics...BTW all other bags for sale real soon wink wink...except for the new stretched bags...lol
